On October 31st, 2014, China International Legal Professionals Association (CILPA) held its first seminar in Hilton Hotel in Beijing, under the theme "Opportunities and Challenges------Services for Chinese Enterprises 'Going Out'". The seminar is aimed to provide legal guide to Chinese enterprises on the central concerns emerged during "going out", and to set up a professional platform for China International Legal Professionals, partners of international law firms, entrepreneurs, and scholars to discuss and communicate. The seminar was held by the First Batch of China International Legal Professionals, and sponsored by All China Lawyers Association, Guangdong Lawyers Association, Shenzhen Lawyers Association, Beijing Globe-Law Law Firm, Taylor Wessing LLP (Germany). The president of All China Lawyers Association Junfeng Wang attended the seminar and made the opening speech.
首届”中国涉外律师领军人才专业研讨会”于2014年10月31日在北京希尔顿酒店召开,会议主题为“机遇与挑战--服务中国企业走出去”。会议为期一天,旨在对中国企业走出去过程中较关注的问题进行法律指引，同时为国内顶级涉外律师、国际律师事务所合伙人、企业家、学者提供较高层次的专业交流平台。会议由中国涉外律师领军人才首期班主办，并有中华全国律师协会、广东省律师协会、深圳市律师协会、北京高文律师事务所、德国泰乐信律师事务所提供赞助支持。中华全国律师协会会长王俊峰到会并致辞。
"The China International Legal Professionals ” is a legal talent project started in 2012, which is an action of the Department of Justice, All China Lawyers Association and the Ministry of Finance to answer the call of the State Council. According to the selection and recommendation of lawyers associations around China, there are totally 380 lawyers that were selected as members of the “China International Legal Professionals Talent Pool”. And the first hundred of people has attened the first "China International Legal Professionals" training, which becomes today's the First Batch of China International Legal Professionals, the host of the senimar. A result of their assiduous research,"China International Legal Professionals in Action", is published to provide help for overseas Chinese enterprises to control legal risks. At the same time, the official website of CILPA (http://www.cilpa.net) is established.
“中国涉外律师领军人才”为司法部、中华全国律师协会、财政部响应国务院号召于2012年开始进行法律人才计划，经各地律协选拔推荐，全国共有380余名进入司法部“涉外律师领军人才库”，第一批百余名涉外律师亦已于2013年接受第一次“涉外律师领军人才培训”。主办方中国涉外律师领军人才首期班即由此产生。在紧密联系、悉心钻研业务的同时，首期班同学亦关注社会和行业发展，倾情付出，出版了专著《涉外律师在行动》，该文集旨在帮助中国企业在海外运营时控制法律风险，该班学员还开通“涉外律师领军人才网”（http://www.cilpa.net）,今后将不定期开展法律巡讲、涉外律师培训等多项专业公益活动，并计划以此次研讨会为开端，团结壮大全国涉外律师领军人才队伍，搭建国际化专业化交流平台，塑造中国涉外律师信形象，以实际行动响应党的十八届四中全会精神和依法治国方略。
