2014年10月31日“2014中国首届涉外法律领军人才论坛”在北京举行。卢运广律师作为“涉外律师领军人才库”的一员，应邀参加。“中国涉外律师领军人才”为司法部、中华全国律师协会、财政部响应国务院号召于2012年开始进行法律人才计划，经各地律协选拔推荐，全国共有380余名进入司法部“涉外律师领军人才库”。卢运广律师于2013年8月经过司法部层层选拔后，作为全国35名外语及涉外业务优秀律师代表赴欧盟、比利时培训交流。
On October 31st, China’s first seminar “The Outstanding Lawyer on Foreign Related Affairs” in 2014 was held in Beijing. As a member of “The Outstanding Lawyer on Foreign Related Affairs Talent Pool”, Mr. Lawson LU was invited to attend. “The Outstanding Lawyer on Foreign Related Affairs” is a legal talent project started in 2012, which is an action of the Department of Justice, All China Lawyers Association and the Ministry of Finance to answer the call of the State Council. According to the selection and recommendation of lawyers associations around China, there are totally 380 lawyers that were selected as members of the “The Outstanding Lawyer on Foreign Related Affairs Talent Pool”. In August, 2013, after several selections, Mr. Lawson LU, as one of the 35 representatives of excellent lawyers on foreign related affairs, went to European Union and Belgium to attend the training.

In the Beijing seminar, Mr. Lawson LU was invited to the 2014 Foreign Business Seminar hosted by the Foreign-related Legal Services Committee of Lawyers Association of Henan Province.
2014年11月8日该研讨会在河南省郑州市紫荆山宾馆四楼召开，由卢运广律师主讲讲座——《国际贸易合同操作指引》及分享其参加2014年10月31日在北京举行的“2014中国首届涉外法律领军人才论坛”的收获及心得，拉开序幕。
On November 8th, 2014, the 2014 Foreign Business Seminar was held on the 4th floor of Zijingshan Mountains Hotel in Zhengzhou, Henan Province, on which Mr. Lawson LU gave presentation on “Guidance to the Operation of the International Trade Contract” and shared his experience attending the Beijing Seminar “The Outstanding Lawyer on Foreign Related Affairs”, as an opening.
