The Inter-Pacific Bar Association (IPBA)'s25th Annual Meeting and Conference will be held in Hong Kong from 6th – 9th May 2015. The IPBA 2015 conference theme, Vision for the Future, appropriately reflects the foundation and achievements of the Inter-Pacific Bar Association, while at the same time ensuring that we keep working together to further our profession and strengthen our relationships for years to come.

Four of our CILPA members, Mr. Zhengzhi WANG, Senior Partner of Beijing Globe-Law Law Firm; Mr. Henry Ningning HUANG, Managing Partner of Shanghai Grandall Law Firm; Mr. Simon Xianyue BAI, Managing Partner of Tianjin ChenYi Law Firm; and Ms. Yu PIAO, Partner of Beijing Tian Yuan Law Firm are invited to attend the meeting and speak at the IPBA Conference on Friday 8th May. They are going to speak in the section “One Country Two Systems: Opportunities for International Legal Professionals in Mainland China and Hong Kong”, which is a collaboration between all China Lawyers Association, the Law Society of Hong Kong, and Hong Kong Bar Association. The section is intended to be a useful and educational introduction to overseas delegates with a view to facilitating the sharing of ideas for promoting the cross referral of work and the exploring the role of lawyers in both jurisdictions.
